Event Description
Paste Magazine named their first studio effort 1988 as one of “The Eight Most Auspicious Musical Debuts of 2009” and the band as the “Best of What’s Next”. With equal parts acoustic and electric, Michael Ford Jr. and The Apache Relay are gaining an ardent following on the road for their jumping-up-and-down energetic shows. Even on the acoustic numbers there’s always some head-banging excitement with a mic stand or two getting kicked over, the crowd reacting to the band’s joy of just playing together…this is what a live show is supposed to sound like...and more importantly, this is what it’s supposed to feel like.
